New self-service kiosk

PLANAD, in partnership with GRG Banking, has announced the launch of a new self-service kiosk that aims to transform customer service in bank branches across Angola.

The solution was developed after analysing the main banking processes typically carried out in person and provides greater autonomy to customers, reducing waiting times and operational costs.

The new kiosk allows for bank account opening, customer data updates, instant issuance of Multicaixa cards, assisted digital services, and other automated functions, ensuring increased efficiency and modernisation of operations.

With this initiative, PLANAD reinforces its commitment to technological innovation and the development of the Angolan financial sector, providing solutions that enhance the customer experience and promote the digitalisation of banking institutions.
