It has distinguished itself as a benchmark in the area of self-service banking and has been the main provider of the MULTICAIXA Network since its creation in 2002.

In partnership with internationally renowned organisations, PLANAD offers the latest technological solutions in the areas of self-service banking, networks, custom telecommunications engineering and electronic security, hardware, multifunction devices, software and training.

Over the course of 35 years, it has expanded its reach throughout the country, either through branches or local technical structures.

It has accumulated experience in the field of public and private procurement, particularly in central and local government, business and banking.

PLANAD’s current challenges are focused on the continuous modernisation of its infrastructure and technical and administrative management systems (internal financial/ document management, technical/operational and human resources platforms), with a view to excellence in the services provided.
